PROCESSING TIME: Most items are made to order - my current turn-around time is 1-3 business days from the date of your purchase to the date of shipment. If it is a special/custom order and will take longer than that I will certainly let you know. If you need your item by a specific date please let me know so we can discuss options if needed. Incorrect addresses will delay processing time - don't forget to double check that yours is correct!
HOW I SHIP: Canadian orders ship via Canada Post standard lettermail - NO tracking (it is available - just send me a note prior to checking out and I will send you a link to purchase the shipping upgrade); US orders ship via USPS First Class with tracking; INTERNATIONAL orders ship via USPS/Asendia with tracking. I use a courier to take US and International orders across the Canadian border for me so once it is marked "shipped" add 2-4 business days before you see tracking.
I always ship to your Etsy address so if you'd like me to send it to your summer home in Florence or penthouse on Fifth Avenue, please let me know. Make sure to check that your current address is complete and accurate! Once shipped, transit times can vary due to COVID-19 protocols.
GIFT PACKAGING: Your jewelry will come tucked in a branded box ready to give as a gift (or keep all to yourself) and shipped in a protective bubble envelope. If you'd like me to add a handwritten note please let me know in the "Note to Seller". I can also ship directly to the recipient! If you require more than one box per order please let me know - additional shipping charges may apply.
MISSING PACKAGES: Shipping times can vary greatly. Please contact me if you haven't received your package in the U.S. or Canada within 5 weeks of shipment date, and within 10 weeks of shipment date for international packages (Australia and NZ are currently averaging 3 months). Though it does not usually take that long, packages have, on rare occasions, had an exceptionally long delivery time - especially around worldwide pandemics, holiday season and postal strikes! I appreciate your patience during these strange times!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges, duties, taxes & additional postal fees. In order to reduce paper waste, I do not include receipts in your package - you can print them from your own Etsy account if you wish.
BACK STOCKED ITEMS: Occasionally we may have back stocked items listed on our site. If any of your order is back stocked we will try our best to notify you. We usually can restock items within 5 - 20 business days. Your entire order will be shipped once the back stock item(s) is available.

REFUNDS: If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your jewellery, you may return it for a refund, minus the cost of shipping (if your order shipped for free - it is $2.75CAD within Canada; $8.00CAD within the US). You must contact me within 14 days of receiving your purchase in order to receive a refund - after that I am happy to discuss options. Items must be in original LittleGlamour box and unworn - please contact me first for return address details (do NOT ship to my courier in Niagara Falls, NY!).
All personalized jewellery/earrings/SALE items are final sale - no returns. If you have purchased a necklace and it is too short - I recommend an extender chain that you can use with all your necklaces (available in my shop)! Please check your chain length prior to ordering, standard lengths may be shorter or longer than your personal preference.

✩ Gold Filled/Gold Vermeil (Yellow & Rose Gold) ✩
To prolong the life of your jewellery, do not wear your gold filled or gold vermeil jewellery in the shower, or when swimming, exercising or sleeping. Also do not use jewellery cleaning substances on your gold filled or gold vermeil jewellery, as the gold layer may eventually wear away. Minimize your jewellery's contact to chemicals (lotion, hairspray, bleach, perfume, etc.) to best maintain its shine. To store your gold filled/gold vermeil jewellery, wrap clean, dry jewellery in a dry, soft cloth and keep items separate to prevent tangling and scratching. To clean, mix mild soap, a drop of ammonia, and warm water. Gently swish the jewellery to clean, and then gently blot dry with a soft cloth (non-abrasive), and let it dry thoroughly. You can also use the yellow polishing cloth every once in a while - just don't rub too hard! Gold filled components contain 100 times more real gold than gold plated components and are very durable and tarnish resistant. Gold vermeil and rose gold is sterling silver coated with real gold. These are a beautiful, affordable alternative to solid gold, and can be worn by people with sensitive skin.
✩ Sterling Silver ✩
The best way to prevent tarnishing (oxidation) when not wearing your sterling silver jewellery is to store your clean, dry pieces in a dry, airtight container and keep items separate to prevent tangling and scratching. Avoid leaving your jewellery in the bathroom, as the moisture will speed up the oxidation process. Minimize your jewellery's contact to chemicals (lotion, hairspray, bleach, perfume, etc.) to best maintain its shine. To clean your sterling silver jewellery, use mild soap and water, a sterling silver polishing cloth, or a sterling silver jewellery cleaning solution. If using a cleaning solution, be careful to follow the directions and don't leave the jewellery in for too long. Make sure to let your pieces dry thoroughly before storing them.
✩ Raw Brass ✩
Raw brass brightens up quickly if you rub with lemon & water then rinse. You can also use brass cleaners sold in drugstores (I keep a lemon water spray bottle handy). All raw brass, like silver, will darken if not cleaned (this depends on the air & body chemistry) but customers often enjoy the antiqued look.
✩ Gold or silver plated letters/charms ✩
Do NOT scrub plated components or use jewellery cleaner. To prolong plated components wash gently with a mild dishwash liquid & water. Lasts much longer if cared for.
✩ Pearls/gemstones/evil eyes ✩
You can soak pearls in warm water with a drop of dish soap. Rinse well and lay on a soft towel to dry. Freshwater pearls and certain gemstones are very porous and you should not dip them in cleaner as it will destroy the lustre of the pearl or stone. Emeralds, onyx, opals, and turquoise are best cleaned with plain water and a very soft brush. Be sure to dry and polish with a soft clean polishing cloth. Make sure to put them on LAST when you are getting dressed (perfumes, hair spray, etc. can be damaging) and store dry in a closed container. You can also take your piece to a professional jeweller to be cleaned.
